last week of work! finally. i dunno if i'm sad or happy about it...i think right now i seem more relieved that i'm gonna have lots of free time soon heh.

it's so strange, just as i am getting used to the fact that i'm probably going to have to stay here, my parents are starting to get serious about sending me overseas. my dad keeps asking me to check out housing for virginia and book it first if i have to, in case i end up deciding i want to go there. somehow i don't really see that happening anymore sigh.

i really dont like extended conversations on uni, so if you try to start one with me and find that halfway through i either tune out or try to change the topic, don't get offended alright. yes i am an escapist so what i'm gonna have to face reality soon enough let me live in illusion awhile more.

spent the whole day in nus yesterday, for fass open house thingie and church meeting. a 6 hour spiritual prep session is no joke lah. but i actually quite enjoyed it. haha. i dunno. the personal reflection bit. ok i admit i probably wasn't thinking about what i should have been thinking about all the time, but the tranquility and silence was just...i dunno. refreshing. and i haven't felt that way for a long time. all calm and peaceful and willing to accept.

i miss You. and you. and you. things seem different now. are they? i don't want them to be, and in this case i suppose there's no one to blame but me. so yes major attitude shift is required now!

nus has exchange programmes to virginia haha i think it'd be terribly ironic if i ended up going there on exchange
